My Stance: Eminent Domain

I will protect our citizens’ homes, small businesses and houses of worship from undue governmental influence. As a legislator I will take a closer look at eminent domain laws in our state, to shore up any possibilities of forcing people off their property to enhance or replace with private development. I will propose legislation that will ensure that the power of eminent domain be used only for true public purposes.
